No content on this site constitutes an offer, recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell securities. Any investment may only be made through a confidential Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) following accredited-investor verification.

2. Eligibility

Access is intended exclusively for accredited investors as defined under Rule 501(a) of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 or equivalent jurisdictional standard. Users are responsible for confirming their eligibility prior to any interaction.

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory investor-protection rules.
